While everyone hopes that all children will have a good start to their learning and development, together we can also aim to make this a great start.
Take a look around and explore the various sections which detail some of the educational projects and resources that I have designed and currently work with.

Good Start Great Start®
Supporting early years transition and parental engagement with learning
A six session programme designed for early years.
After a period of collaboration with Middlesex University where the programme was formally rolled out across the UK, the Good Start Great Start programme is now back home again and currently available as a package of bespoke in-house training for facilitators and with evaluation.
Practitioners are trained to facilitate six sessions which are suitable for children aged 3 to 5 who attend alongside their primary carer. A full programme kit guides and supports the delivery of the sessions.
Ideally two to four facilitators will work with groups of up to 10 parents with their children.
Once trained facilitators can adapt and run the programme as often as they wish.

Testimonials
What My Clients Have to Say
This has been invaluable all round. Our TA has loved managing the Funky Monkey project and seeing the progress of the children build week on week has been wonderful.
Class teacher
After the first few sessions the children were desperate to come along for the next one. They loved the activities and I was amazed at how they were all taking part in the end. Even the most shy and least confident were able to talk about what they had been doing.
Teaching Assistant
We were delighted with the results we received with this intervention and will continue to run this programme each year.
